Fevertree Finance allowing *****

I have recently found out that an account was opened ONLINE using all my details, i got hold of them to tell them this account is **********. They asked me to send an affivadit/ bank statments etc which i did. Told them i only now after doing investigation found out these dr orders have been going off my account - total R9190.00 told them to open ***** case and i now found out it was my EX HUSBAND who did this - now according to them they cannot do anything as i am ware my EX did this.. YES only now did i found out -bottom line I DID NOT open this account or allowed him to use my details to open this account. I did not receive the goods and not once did anyone try to confirm that this was in fact me opening an account. According to them "application was done online and no one from the company opened the account" so how is this account opened in my name/ and going off my bank without my authorization- and they are not liable to refund me with the debit orders that have already gone off. so basically they are saying they are allowing ********** accounts to be opened and NOT willing to help me resolve this. I am also now going to SAPS and hopefully will have some luck there.
