Fevertree -Chelsea Barlow made you shine today!!!

My daughtet advised me to apply for Mediwallet assistance as our Medical Savings is never enough when it comes to optometrist benefits I was at first skeptical as the credit provider for Mediwallet, Fevertree Finance, has very bad reviews on their website. I still thought i shall give it a try and I was splendidly surprised today. I called in to Fevertree as I have app**** to Specsavers Audiology and not Optometrist and needed to rectify my application. A beautiful voice by the name of Chelsea Barlow answered my call. She explained that she will send me a new link as i will have to reapply. I received the email, did the new application and was declined. I called in again and was assisted by a female who really sounded as she has no care if i could not proceed with my application or not. I did not get her name She told me i must contact Transunion and check my credit score. I tried to explain to her that my application was accepted at first so how could it now be declined, and i know that i have an excellent credit score. I decided to end the call and call back and asked to speak to Chelsea Barlow. Chelsea did the necessary checks, explained to me the reason why it was declined and that she will have to get her HOD to approve my application. Not long after that i received an sms that my account was approved!! Thank you Chelsea, I appreciate the effort you made. You are exceptional and proved that there are people out there that respect their job and can deliver an outstanding service. Fevertree, you need to employ more Chelseas!
