Fever Tree Finance making it difficult to repay your loan and *****ing your money!

Never ever "borrow" money from them to pay of your prescription glasses.

This is the first company that I hear of that wants to charge you an extra R50 to make a payment date change, do you not already make a lot from your admin fees that you include in your premiums monthly? (or payback)

Then to settle the amount is more than what it is to leave the outstanding amount till it is paid off (that is if you can pay it off due to "technical difficulties).

Then when you change a job or start working for yourself or as a freelancer and you earn your money in a different way then they want 3 month proof of that, which is also impossible.

This is totally unacceptable!
