FEVER TREE DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE

I used Fever Tree to finance a bunk from Matress Warehouse. I emailed them on the day I received the matress with a video showing the rotten slats and dented wood that was delivered to my house. I informed them that I was sending the bunks back

Fever tree has failed to remove the account off my credit bureau accounts and is demanding that I pay initiation fees for opening the account. The ran an unauthorized debit order against my bank account which I reversed.

You need to reverse whatever charges you have billed me since I didn't make use of the finance nor do I have any goods with me. Matress warehouse sent you the money back.

Its very dishonest to expect a customer to pay for admin fees for an account that has NEVER BEEN USED. I CALLED IN LAST WEEK AND WAS TOLD I MUST PAY THIS!!! this is *****ing!

These charges must be credited and t he information removed from the credit bureaus!! I will go to the credit ombudsman if I need to
