Delink Cards

This is the 3rd time I was embarrassed due to cards not working or being delink or not linked at all. Their partners Click Clearwater's staff & Town Square does not ever know that clients can pay with the Mediwallet card. Clicks Managers don't even try and assist. Between FeverTree, Clicks & Specsaver, I cannot decided who is more ***********. All you ever get is card declined. It is a shame that people who cannot perform in their duties are working with clients. I have previously complaint and no manager ever bother to phone and resolve the issues.
