Credit score taken a dive because of them

Had an account for over a year which I used to purchase my glasses from spec savers. I paid the account in full and requested they remove my account from compuscan, experien and trans union over 5 months ago, they still HAVE NOT DONE THIS. my score has taken a dive because of them. Beware of this company. They quick to give you an account and take your money but won't assist once account is paid
