credit inquiry done under my name
hi i have just been contacted by Transunion, you guys made an inquiry under my name, i did not open and account with you or any other company, please cancel that account if it has been opened as it was not me. your urgent response will be appreciated. contact me ***. never ever even heard of you guys

i managed to speak to one of your consultant a few minutes ago, she did confirm that it was an sms approval and she will request for it to be cancelled. thank you. i have sent an email as well, you can also reply on that saying it has been cancelled.
