Bunch of sharks

I wish I had come to HelloPeter before applying for a load at FeverTree, I needed to get new glasses and saw you could get credit via FeverTree, when doing the application I made a mistake by taking photos of my bankstatements and uploading them that way, I was doing it on my phone. A VERY VERY rude woman from fevertree phoned and shat all over me because of what I had done, when I asked her how else can I do it on my phone she said read the sms I just sent you there is a link - well there wasnt a link on the sms - joke on her. Before even applying I called Fevertree to ask if they had interest free options and the lady said you can get 6 months interest free, all that will be added to the amount is R30 per month admin fee - which is fine Today I called to make sure that the debit order is for 6 months interest free, the guy checked it out and said yes, so I asked what my payment would be and suddenly there is another cost.... Let me break it down, Glasses R4881 plus admin fee over 6 months R180 comes to R5061/6 = R843 per month over 6 months.. BUT NO its R893 per month over 6 months that's an additional R297??? where does that come from???

They are a bunch of sharks and don't give you all the information when applying for the credit and to top it off have on of the rudest staff member I have EVER spoken to whose name I didn't get
