I have requested for a refund after they ran a D.O when I had already completed my payments. Since 2nd of June to date I havent received my money. Everytime I call them I get a different story. I finished my payments without any problems and considering they made a mistake with the D O I would have expected them to treat the refund with urgency but more than a week later after the request, one of the consultants today told me Its going to take 7 to 14 working days. Thats just bad business and no regard of their customers at all
