Bad Work followed by ******** Behaviour

I asked for a black gate with foil painted boards. What I got was a dark grey gate with dark grey painted boards which were unfinished when the team arrived.

I had to provide my own paint at no cost to them to try and get the job complete before they left. The team lead onsite during the job shared with me that he was unhappy and he wished that he could go back and work for his former employers which were Vodacom and MTN. He was also rude to our Estate Manager and provided him with falsehoods in my absence. It seems he just wanted to rush through and not do a good job.

Unprofessional and bad quality work. See the photos for yourself. Now I have to spend more money getting professionals in to clean up this mess.

I requested a full refund in terms of the CPA and instead they sent someone to my house to try and remove the bad work they had done without providing me with the requested refund or the wooden doors that they removed previously.
