I secured a load a hour away from their collection

On the day we had to contact them to find out if they were still on track, to find out that the truck booked was stuck In another province, I requested a immediate refund of which they conveniently ignored, days later I was told that the refund would be done on the 10.10.24

Today we follow up as we have not received it and they said the boss is out on a pick up! Absolutely poor communication, unprofessional theives!
