Fetchers 3 month delay to deliver my goods and a month delay for my refund.

I made a booking and paid deposit for delivery of furniture in May for delivery on 1 June 2024. However there have been 8 cancellations and delays for my good to be delivered and now w are in August which is a 3 months delay. Requested for a refund via the email recommended channel in July still no reply and no refund. Evidence will be sent to Hello Peter.
