Worst Courier company on the planet

One of my suppliers use Fetch & Carry to deliver the items that I purchase from them to me, now the latest issue is the following: I order stock in Cape Town and Fetch & Carry collected the parcel on Friday ... it is now Tuesday and on inquiring about the whereabouts of my parcel I got told that the driver dropped it off at a neighbor on Saturday but all he can remember is it had writing on the wall.<br> <br> Now since they do this kind of thing continuously to me, one would think that they would sort out their non existent service yet no phone call or follow up.<br> <br> It took me having to track them down to be given that vague answer, one would think that any business would at least be inspired to have even a mediocre level of customer service.
