Horrible Management

I was living at Festival's Edge at HATFIELD for 2 years, the place was great at First under the MidCity Properties Management, in 2021 it changed to JOBURG PTY and it was a mess!!. I rebooked my room for 2022 and I was requested to pay R2500 for deposit which I did. After moving out on the 25th of Novemeber 2022, I requested for it and they said I should call the office in January. I did that 5 weeks later they haven't sent it. That place is trash! they are ******! it is not safe, people have been ***ually ******ed and the management turned a blind eye. For all first years avoid that place!!!!
