Unsatisfied and disappointing service

<p>I bought a vodaphone mini smart seven from pep cell festive mall, kempton park on twenty October 2016. The new phone has given few problems including charging problems. I went back so four days later to exchange the phone. The manager refused, only changing the sim which was not the problem. I am highly disappointed and unsatisfied with this service, as they should have at least exchanged the phone for one in better working condition</p>
