They just don't care!!

The management @festivalmall just don't give a damn!!

They put in a new spiked barrier parking system which is making leaving the parking area a mission and a half, what used to take 2 minutes is taking 15+, I began calling their offices to ask for an explanation to no avail "you can speak to our parking management". seriously!! I need to talk to your parking management? that is your job!!

I proceeded to contact the management company that runs the mall, Growthpoint, who was able to get the center manager @festivalmall to contact me very shortly, this is when she gave me the "security" reason for such an implementation, upon which I told her the other ways of managing security and that my visit was on a Thursday @ 11AM and weekends will be a disaster, she mentioned making it work. Today, 2 weeks later, I visited again, lo and behold, the long queues waiting to exit the mall!!

So now I am going to make true what I told her that day, I am going to start talking to all their anchor tenants, I guess if a suggestion from their client's client don't change their minds, maybe their clients suggestions will!! Makes me wonder if someone is getting a kick back from those spiked barriers.
