RE: BAD SERVICE - MULTI CHOICE ( dstv) FESTIVA MALL KEMPTON PARK

<p>Want to lay complain about service from Festival Mall Multichoice.</p> <p>I bought decorder from the bove mentioned shop in December 2016 and since then i gave me problem i.e. sound or volume diminish and screen goes off for few minutes and plays again and now it does not play at all it indicate connection problem due to weather.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can some one please assist i went to complain early January 2017 and some took my personal details and promised to come to my property and nothing happened. I went back to complain again February but still no one came to attend the problem . I again went on 25 March 2017 and they promised to come same day or sunday 26 March 2017 but to date no one came to my property. Basically going to that shop for complaining it doesn't help and to be honest i won't recommend any person to go there for DSTV installation etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks </p>
