Helo peter help me to get my money back from HOME ITALIA SHOP.

HELLO PETER. PLEASE Assist me here...i app**** the credit at home italia festival mall then they ask for upfront deposit then i paid which was R2000 after paying the deposit they declined my application..reason they said i must raise the deposit of 40% ..my answer to them was like i don't have the money you are asking for.. can you please give me back my R2000 ..it was friday on the 13 . The lady who was assisting they told me that they will do the refund and it will be immediate payment...until today im calling left and right no one is assist me or paying my money back...the ladies at the store they tried to call head office several times they keep lying that they have made the payment which is a lie they have not..even now they have not paid my money....those people they are ****ming me my money...please helo peter help me to get my money back .THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE..DONT BOTHER TO BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE ****.
