The below was send on the 31st of October 2023 to date I have received no feedback at all none. Only to find out my email was forward to the relevant partied yet no one took out sometime to respond.

I trust you doing well. Last year I had the most awful experience when I was informed I'm unable to bring my camping chair in. I stood and stood in the line then was informed ma'am stand on the side while we sort this out and no one knew what to do.

I had many surgeries and to my surprise they wanted a (Security) a doctors certificate for an event like this. Wow. So what about our Parents coming to support there kids do we need to stand in the sand or sit in the sand on a Friday and Saturday. It was a sad sight to see how parents sat in the sand and not to mention our Granny's.

I would appreciate if you could give me some clarity regarding this matter. I have purchased my ticket and there's no way I can stand knowing fully my medical condition. Your assistance would be much appreciated
