Disgusting service

Disgusting service received at Checkers Hyper Festival Mall from the lady who works by the gifting area where they wrap gifts and do balloons. Short lady with blonde braids, she doesn’t know how to work with customers and personally I think she needs proper customer service training. No empathy for customers and absolutely no respect even for elderly people. She behaves like she works in a night club, that kind of attitude is very bad for the company’s name.
