Clicks

Hello This is what happened to me at Clicks Festival Mall ,Kempton park.I went there to buy medication for my kid ,I walked into the store having my Phone Huawei p40 lite and handbag ,got to self medication counter buy stuff and signed as I document as I used Medical Aid card.Paid Levy and went out after few minutes not even Two minutes to be precise ,I realised that I forgot my phone there ,went back to the store,and told them that I left my phone in their counter,but response was no one saw it ,tried to call it ,it was ringing but the guy inside store said they will check for it when they are closing . Next day I went there (Wednesday ) last week I went again as they promised to check it for me ,I then asked for them to look for footage as I wanted to see what happened but their response was they don't have it in the store ,they only have cameras in big stores like Sandton, This really disturbed me and still do ,how can big stores like Clicks dont have cameras or footage.I dont really know but this doesnt sit well with me ,as I was reporting the case to them ,no one was even curious to ask the model of the phone .
