Disgusting service

I need to cancel my lay-bye and the store is making the process very difficult and threatening that if i cancel i will not be able to lay-bye again. I am good with that but i need my money refunded the staff at the till and the manager who was called is rude and inconsiderate i have been at the more than 4 times and with no help this is Pathetic
