Very poor service

<p>I bought a Festina F16778 at Watch Central and on the rear cover plate it states that the watch is water resistant but it is not! I sent a e-mail to there repair centre but until today no responce. The shop i bought the watch from does not want to assist me and it seems that Festina also does not want to assist. To make matters worse the knob that u use to adsjust the time has even fallen off for no reason! Needles to say im not happy at all with the watch or the service or should i say lack there of.... </p>
