Bad Customer service @Fertilmed

On the 1st of Oct 2021 i ordered medications and deposited R4000 in to Tyme bank account of Ms A Horn who happens to be the owner of the same company. I also included money for courier. It has been two months and half. The owner has ignored my plea texts and eventually blocked me on all her social media. I am soo dissapointed and the level of her arrogance and dishonesty displayed by her and her company. She has to repay me my R4000.
