Bad Customer experience @ Fertilmed

On the 1st of October l ordered medications ftom Fertilmed company and the Lady A. HORN gave me the company's Bank Account to deposit an amount of R4000 which i did. She promised me to include money for Postnet couriers which l also paid. But since then She had not contacted me nor couriered any of the ordered medications. This lady is taking me for a ride. I want her to repay me all the money l hv payed for my products because she has not delivered even after she has promised me again and again but only making excuses. It is now 12 weeks since l have paid for my products. But nothing yet. This is such a bad company with bad customer service. She has to repay back my money...!!! Pls assist me in this!!!
