Stale chocolates within expiry date

Today, as I do every Friday as a treat to end my week, I bought myself 2 x 3 packs of Ferrero Rocher's. The chocolate inside it usually soft and creamy like Nutella, however, both of these batches are stale and completely hard inside. The expiry date is only marked 22/04/2019, so they are not expired.

I would appreciate replacements as this is not what I have come to expect, quality wise, from this very expensive brand.
