Live Worms in product

Having sent Ferrero Rocher SA a complaint on 23rd June 2015, no response. Contacted them again on 24th June 2015 after no response. Finally got an email requesting pictures which were sent on 25th June 2015. Till today, 8th July 2015 I have and cannot get a response from anyone at Ferrero Rocher SA. Called them again today and same story, will get someone to call you... NEVER HAPPENS. Well evidently Ferrero Rocher SA your customers are not important to you. Will be posting the pictures on line and maybe, just maybe you will respond to my request for some acknowledgement that your product had a problem.
