eggs in nutella

I bought nutella 15g sachets and in all 4 packets bought I found whitish, soft lumps that look like eggs. I emailed the company on numerous occasions receiving a response once after about a week and then never hearing from them again despite sending more emails. I want an answer and an apology but seems like they don't really think my complaint is a big deal
