Non responsive regarding incorrect tiles issued

Oct 28. My builder went to Ferreiras and ordered tiles (white) which he put up in my kitchen. A day of so later I noticed that some of the tiles had a very slight pink tinge. The builder went back to Ferreiras to complain and get a new box to replace the pink ones. He spoke to a supervisor (Daniel) who refused to accept responsibility and made him pay for a new box of tiles. Once again, when he returned and opened the box he noticed the pink tinge and called me to confirm. I then phoned the supervisor, Daniel, who said he could not do anything about this and admitted it must be the suppliers fault. I then asked to speak to the the manager and was told he was on lunch. I left a message - he did not phone back. A day or so later I phoned again and left another message. After 3 calls to the manager and being told he was out or on lunch and would phone me back . I am still waiting for a return call. I will never return to <br> Ferreiras and will advise everyone what poor service they provide.
