FERREIRA'S BREAKS COUNTLESS PROMISES

We placed order for specific tiles end January 2016. No feedback received and apparently staff member left employment. In mid February we then had another person allocated to our order and goods were promised within 3 days. They insisted that we pay upfront. This was the only efficient action in this whole transaction. After non-arrival we had to follow up and found that goods had to be manufactured and were promised to be delivered on 25 February. Everyday since then we have to call and follow up because there is no feedback. Every day we are told that tiles will be delivered tomorrow. We have a tiler paid for daily to wait for these tiles that don't arrive.<br> <br> Very happy to take my money, not so happy to deliver. Pathetic service, nobody knows what is happening in their business. Will ensure that I spread the word about how useless they are.
