Very poor performance and no communication.

On the 30/07/2020 I bought a queen size bed on the

01/09/2020 the bed make weird noise i started complaining asking for another bed as i am pregnant and could no longer sleep due to the lack of workmanship today is 18/03/2021 my bed has not been replaced i have called send the numerous whats ap's still no feedback only said we will get back to you

I also have to advise that their is a 20 year warrantee as shown on their adds
