POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

I wont recommend Ferreira beds to anyone, I bought a bed end June 2022 in August the bed was already in a bad condition. I send communication to them on 6th September to enquire about the warranty they requested for pictures which i have sent. On the same day they said i should get a response within 24hrs which it did not happen. On the 8th of September 2022 i sent a follow text they said next morning which alo did not happen. 13th September another follow up and still no joy. 15th They responded and said they will send their driver on 17th September which never happened either. I followed up on the 20th and 21st September and im still being ignored. I will never buy from them or recommend them to anyone.
