Poor Quality

I bought 2 beds lastyear in March a King and a queen. Few days later I told them the beds are hard and uncomfortable and I was told the beds will be ok in a few weeks as"it takes time for the mattress to take our shapes", but instead they got worse, severely uncomfortable and making so much noise. I have been in contact with them, submitted the receipt as requested but I'm still ignored. If you should see these beds, they look 10yrs old. I spent money on beds but I'm as good as someone who sleeps on the floor. The owner refuses to take responsibility, this shows lack of good customer service. I sent pictures as requested and I was told my case is submitted to customer service, till today nothing.... It has been months now. We are dissapointing from all angles.
