My refund from FERREIRA FUNITURE

On the 28 August my wife she place an order cream headboard with Ferreira bed, they promise to deliver headboard after 3 days, to my surprise, after she made a payment when she wanted to do follow up order, the lady whom she was very nice to her when she's busy placing the order she change to her attitude towards my wife she stated shouting at her, then after 5 days while i try to call her and i give her the invoice number she told me the delivery is coming today around 17h00, which the delivery didn't come through, i request a refund even today i haven't receive the refund, I try to call the Corne and he always keep an empty promises
