Just want my money back
I hereby request reversal of the funds deposited 15 Dec 2020 = R4500 as per request from Standard bank to have the transactions reversed as they awaits your responds.
I'm not happy with the service received up until now. I just want my money back.

06 Jan 2021, 16:00Ferreira Beds has informed me in order to request a the refund; I must send a email to *** which did send on 06.01.2021 - They can't give an estimate when I will get my refund - They responded " Customer care will advise but with the guidelines of the consumer protection act" - Only time will tell if or when I'll get my refund. Please be careful before you deal with Ferreira Beds. If companies like this first have to comply suddenly to the consumer protection act to refund a customer but they expect the customer to pay upfront or even before delivery.
