Ferreira furniture just does not Respond And been ignoring all msg,s call and emails ,Ruan online on whatsapp but still ignores all msg,s asking about Refund & collection

I bought beds on 30th Sept 2022, By Ruan telling me they good quality, day 2 the beds started hurting my 2 older kids , and already sagging in the middle asked for pics, i send to Ruan on whatsapp , Said he will get back to me regarding the Refund i requested as i not happy with beds at all, Send him Msg,s Asking whats happening regarding collecting there beds and Refund , just to get Ignored,send email,call his phone he still does not answer , Is this there Customers Service they promise on there page ?? I still waiting 3 days later and no Respond at all !..People becareful when buying beds
