Ferreira Furniture incompetency

I did a laybuy on a bed and I finished paying on the 11th of May I was told the bed was going to be delivered that same day. They kept on postponing until they where no longer responding to me. I then sent a mail on the 3rd of June to cancel the transaction. Up till now haven't received any mail or anything g from them
