Don't use Ferreira Bed at all!!

Very poor service. I'm sure their product is fine, but because of the service I would recommend that no one use them. We ordered a couch (and payed for it) and arranged that the couch be delivered on Tuesday in Potchefstroom (payed for delivery as well). Tuesday came, we were informed we will receive the couch on Thursday. So I stayed in Potchefstroom till Thursday only to be informed the couch can be delivered the next day. That didn't suit us as we actually reside in Pretoria. We arranged for drop off for Saturday morning before 12. Saturday came and we drove all the way to Potchefstroom. 12 came and 12 passed. 1 o'clock came and passed. 2 o'clock came and passed. 3 o'clock came and passed. Our calls were either ignored or met with attempts at excuse like 'the driver is on the way' and 'he's just delayed with another delivery'. At 4 o'clock we were informed the delivery will not happen as the driver is stuck in Walkerville. We arranged that the couch should be delivered to our house in Pretoria on Monday with the money back for the delivery. It never happened. Our calls were dodged and when we finally got hold of Corne, he promised that the couch will be here tomorrow (Tuesday - a week late). It is 21:08 on Tuesday night and we have not received the couch. We are asking for our money back,but we have not heard from them about the matter. If you want something done fast - don't use Ferreira Beds... In fact... If you want something done at all - don't use Ferreira Beds
