DO NOT BUY FROM FERREIRA BEDS!!!!!!

I am very disappointed, I bought a bed from them a few years ago with a 10 year warranty, now the mattress is itself is sagging and the springs on the one side of the bed is sagging etc. it is also making bumps in some areas, this was reported via email on the 21st May 2020 requesting them to replace the bed. They then rep**** via email asking for photos, a description and proof of receipt which I provided, I kept on following up numerous times on this with no feedback or joy from them on numerous platforms via email, whatsapp and facebook etc. eventually on the 10th November 2020 they rep****: Apologies for the delay we are facing a very time consuming challenge in the sense that no used bed can be transported with any new bed, where I then suggested that I will bring the bed through myself to their warehouse for it to be replaced, to date no further feedback from them. They are quick to sell but pathetic on sorting out complaints and issues on all platforms, via whatsapp, facebook and email!!!!
