Stay away from Ferre!

I purchased gas stove - electric oven and a matching extractor hood from Ferre Cape/ Cape Demo Appliances. If I could give a 0 for after sales service I would. Used the extractor hood and after two days and it started making a nose as if the motor is broken, they also sell the extractor with no filter and they are not even able to assist with sourcing one. I'm sitting with a broken product and they are not willing to assist with checking it or having my issue resolved. I would encourage people not to purchase this brand or at this shop and to rather purchase a reputable brand from a reputable establishment.
