Now afraid to purchase their stoves

Thank you to all who have written their reviews about Ferre gas stove. I was also about to buy the stove because I thought it's priced good and I called Ferre about 3 weeks ago(I think the number was for Durban) I was promised a sales agent will call me because I wanted to enquire about the product. To date no-one has come back to me. If the sales service is so terrible, I also cannot imagine how the after sales service is going to be.
