Missing Item and no one to escalate to

Just purchased a Ferre 90x60 Gas stove from Fair Price, there is a grate missing for the wok burner. I called and there is no answer, I logged a call with Fair Price and they have not come back to me. Where do I go to get the missing crate/grid to be delivered to me.
