Ferre Stove top rust! - mackro is saying the guarantee doesn't cover rust
I purchased a 90cm Range 5 burner Gas cooker and Electric Oven end of Jan 2023. A month ago the oven top started to rust. I called makro customer service and they said Ferre does not cover rust. How can they not cover a surface that is exposed to steam and liquids.
I don't even have this product for a year I will it look in 2 years. Unacceptable
This is bad service.
