Ferre Gas stove and electric oven

Bought a Ferre 6 plate gas stove and rotisserie electric oven. Their after service is pathetic. Experienced problems from the start. First it was the Thermostat. Then the electrical wiring had to be redone. Now it's the loom...... Logged a call on 2 February with the branch in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. Oven still broken and no part available. Pass the bug situation. I'll never buy any of their brands again.
