Dissapointed customer

I purchased a Ferre gas stove - gas top with an electric oven in 2020. I had to exchange it 3 times because the electric oven did not work. After a few months of receiving the 3rd stove, the oven light stopped working. Had that replaced, now I have the same problem again. Logged a query at customer care and was told that they could not assist me. Surely they can see that the oven's on these gas stoves are a problem. Not sure what more to do. I really regret buying a Ferre Stove.
