Complete lack of service

I have a 9 months old Ferre stove with 5 plate hob and gas oven. Oven now won't light up and stay on. Have been waiting for two weeks now to confirm a callout to fix with the most ridiculous excuses you have ever heard. I was good company when they took my money, R13000 and now I don't have a stove to use. not impressed. Think three times before you buy a Ferre.
