Bad Product. Bad Service.

I bought a Ferre gas stove from Full House in. The stove was faulty from the start as Full house sent out a repairman to fix electrical issues in week one not replacing it. Now on 5 November 2023 the glass part of the stove exploded and shattered with such force that we had to remove glass shards from the ceiling and wall. There were people in the kitchen

We contacted Full House Eerste River and asked for this death trap to be taken out and replaced with another stove of another brand, we will even cover the cost. The manager said he will send someone out. Our thought was just get this thing out, replace it and move on with life. Now what got me over the edge is almost 2 week later (Last week) on the 15th November a repair man came knocking. He wanted to fix the stove (Mind you parts in hand). We told him no, we want the stove removed. The Stove is still installed, and I know we bought it at Full House but Ferre made the thing and chose the worse company to distribute.
