Terrible Service

I have been completely struggeling to get a hold of the guys to give me an answer on where my clutch is!! delivered on Monday to converd into a button clutch the guy there would have called me back this morning and now i have been struggling after numerous atempts at phoning. it is a simple answer did the clutch arive or when is the estimated ariving time?? this clutch would have been back on Thursday!!!!!! this is the most terrible service i have gotten! just call your freaken clients and tell them if there is a problem. if it is taking longer than expected!!!!! really not that difficult!!!!
