Great vibe but poor service

We ent there for a friend's birthday dinner.The place is really aesthetically pleasing and the food was amazing however the service was poor. We had to wait for over an hour for our food and drinks. That left a bad taste in our mouths and I would not want to go back there. They either need more staff or train the current staff better.
