Amazing ground staff but management/owners rude and arrogant

<p>Its a great sadness that this, otherwise super nursery, is let down by the unfriendly, and decidedly rude management/owners. It doesnt seem to matter how often you frequent this place (weekly in my case) or how many thousands you spend, we have never had the pleasure of a greeting or acknowledgement from the managers/owners. If you consult them for advice, they are mono toned and disinterested. The groundstaff that work there are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, however i often find myself wondering if they are happy there. A good few occasions i have had to witness one of the management/owners have a go at their staff about confidential issues right in front of patrons with blatant disregard or respect for us or the employee.. There is so much going for this place, but the owners are just miserable with really huge opinions of themsleves and very little concern for the very people who keep them there. Sorry Ferndale... theres no substitute for decency especially to your loyal local patrons. </p>
